Answer:

given \: marked \: price \:  = 2400 \: rupees.....(1) \\ tax =  \: 18 \: percent \\ so \: tax \: in \: rupees =  \: 2400 \times  \frac{18}{100}  \\  = 24 \times 18  \\  = 432 \: rupees......(2) \\ from \: (1)and \: (2) \\ total \: paymet \:  = (2400 + 432) \: rupees \\  = 2832 \: rupees

Given ,

The market price of bag is Rs 2400 and tax is 18 %

Thus , the selling price of bag will be

 \sf \mapsto Selling  \: price  = 2400 +  \frac{1800 \times 2400}{100} \\  \\\sf \mapsto Selling  \: price  = 2400 + 432 \\  \\\sf \mapsto Selling \:  price =2832

 \therefore \sf \underline{The  \: selling  \: price  \: of \:  bag \:  is \:  Rs \: 2832}
