it will take to cross a railway platform of 300m long?

Train needs to cover the itself as well as length of the platform also

so train needs to cover 200+300= 500 m distance to cross the platform

speed of train is 90 km/ hr

therefore time (T) taken by train to cross the platform

T=(500m)÷{90km/hr}

T=(500m)÷{(90*1000)m/(60*60) second}

T=(500*60*60)/(90*1000) seconds

T=20 seconds
