1.They seek Manners before knowledge .
2.in Japan it is April that marks the start of the academic and business calendar. The first day of school often coincides with one of the most beautiful natural phenomena — the time of cherry blossom.
3.In Japanese schools, students have to clean the classrooms, cafeterias, and even toilets all by themselves.
4.Japan too focuses on extracurricular activities. In fact, extracurricular activities does not only include dance, art, music etc but also, cleaning the classroom, gardening etc which is done by the students itself.
5.The main motive behind this is that the Japanese focus on the importance of “Group Consciousness” as it is the core of the Japanese society.
We can learn from Japanese education system that Children are taught to respect other people and to be gentle to animals and nature. They also learn how to be generous, compassionate and empathetic. Besides this, pupils are taught qualities like grit, self-control, and justice.
