Imagin if i would be a volunteer to reach a area where there was a earthquake. it would be easy to reach by the means of flying such as a helicopter. Helping the victims can be done by making camps in an area where there is less damage or less chances or earthquake to occur. For the people stuck in the disaster, Using a microphone I will tell them to make some noise to know their location. Then the people who got stuck under the debree could easily be saved. Precautions would be to make houses that can withstand any further earthquakes or make a bunker which can protect us from any further earthquake
