                    AD = BC
                   AB = AB
  thus , triangle ADB & BCA are similar
  so, angle ADB = BCA
       
                                OR,

As both triangles lie on same base BC and between same parallels   
therefore, both triangles are congruent 
          so, angle ADB = BCA
