Answer:

perimeter= 2(l+b)

150= 2(l+25)

150= 2L+ 50

150– 50 = 2L

100/2 = L

50cm= L

area = L×B

= 50 × 25

= 750cm²

Answer:

Length = 50 cm

Area = 1250 cm square

Step-by-step explanation:

Perimeter of a rectangle = 150 cm

Length = ?

Breadth = 25 cm

2 ( l + b ) = 150 cm

2 ( l + 25 ) = 150 cm

2l + 50 = 150 cm

2l = 150 - 50 = 100

l =

 \frac{100}{2}

Which is equal to 50 cm

So now we have got the length as 50 cm and breadth as 25 cm

Area = Length × Breadth

Area = 50 × 25 = 1,250 cm square ( put a small 2 on top of cm)

Hope this helps ❤️
