Answer:

Both are the states of matter like solid, liquid and gas.

Explanation:

Plasma:A plasma is a hot ionized gas consisting of approximately equal numbers of positively charged ions and negatively charged electrons. The characteristics of plasmas are significantly different from those of ordinary neutral gases so that plasmas are considered a distinct "fourth state of matter."

BEC:When you raise the temperature of a solid or in simpler terms, heat it up, it changes its state to liquid and if you further apply heat to it, it then turns into a gaseous substance. In the same way around, when you keeping lowering the temperature or keep cooling the substance, it changes its state from gas, to liquid to finally solid.

But, there also exists some states of matter, that do not exist in nature normally but they can sure be produced or generated. Such states are the Plasma State and the Bose-Einstein Condensate.
