Like so many things, the trick to handling this situation is to plan for it ahead of time.

if your Internet suddenly goes down, do you know how to tether your computer to your cell phone? Does your plan allow it? You don’t want to be finding this stuff out under pressure.
are you storing all your documents on a cloud service? Then when your computer crashes, you jump onto another computer, or a tablet, or even your phone, and continue working from your last save. Is there another device you can turn to?
does the software you are using save automatically? Have you turned that feature on? You don’t want to discover that you’ve lost the three hours of work since you last took a break.
are you using software that has mobile versions should you need to work away from your normal computer?
I often tell people to imagine this exact scenario: If your computer fell on the floor right now and broke, how long would it take you to get back to work? The answer should be under 30 minutes.

Hope it helps you

Answer:

Firstly, if I think my computer might crash, I’ll do the work on a program that will automatically save my work to the cloud as I go, like Office 365 online or Google docs. If I’m doing CAD work, then I’d use Fusion 360 and make sure to save frequently.
