Resources are important for the development of any country. For example, fossil fuels are essential to generate energy, mineral resources are important for industrial development, etc.

Necessary to conserve resources because:

(i) Their irrational consumption and over utilisation have led to socio-economic and environmental problems.

(ii) It takes million of years for the formation of natural resources.

(iii) Natural resources are available in fixed quantity and they are non – renewable.

1) Natural resources are important and without which living things cannot survive in the world.

2) Every sector of the national economy like agriculture, industry, transport, commercial and domestic needs inputs of resources.

3) They play a vital role in the economic development of the country by enriching agriculture, trade, imports and exports, etc.

4) As natural resources are scarce with the growing population, it is necessary to conserve them and this enables us as well as the future generation to utilise the natural resources to the full extent.

natural resources should be conserve because it is the main source in our daily needs.we need to conserve it because it is limited only.And if this resources are abused and harmed,we will have short quantity of source for food and living.
