Given - Volume of filter water and rain water = 17L 350mL and 22L 570mL

Number of bottles = 16

Find - Mixture left

Solution - Total volume of water to be filled = 17.35 + 22.57 litres

Total volume of water to be filled = 39.92 litres

1 bottle contained amount of water = 2.2 litres

16 bottles contained amount of water = 2.2*16

Amount of water in 16 bottles = 35.2 litres

Remaining amount of water = 39.92 - 35.2

Remaining amount of water = 4.72 litres.

Remaining amount of water = 4 litres 720 mililitres

Thus, correct option is 4L 720mL
