Let the rational number be x

According to the question

x (3/2) +3/2 = 6

3x/2 + 3/2 = 6

3x + 2/2 = 6 (2 is whole divide to 3x+2)

3x + 2 = 6 ×2

3x + 2 = 12

3x = 12 - 2

3x = 10

x = 10/3

x = 3.3

Hope it helps ( if wrong , sorry for that )
