Q6.Being a part of project assignment, Pradhan and Prisha, both planted some ornamental
plants in their school garden individually. Pradhan always kept the surrounding ground of the
plant clear and watered it regularly. Prisha did not remove the litter around the plants,
watered them and sometime gently dig up the soil around the roots.

Okay the question was not really clear, but I will see what I can do.

Pradhan's method is good as plants are supposed to grow around clean surroundings especially as putting some plastic etc on the soil might contaminate it, and water is one of the most crucial ingredient for photosynthesis so yes, it's good.

But, some waste like manure or compost actually helps the plant in its growth, and watering it too much can cause the plant to wither away.

Prisha, if the litter she didn't remove was compost or animal litter it might help it but as I also mentioned earlier few types of waste can cause the soil to become polluted. Watering is healthy for the plant, and if the soil was dug up the soil around the roots, the best thing to do is put manure around it.
