 Given \: a^{4} - s^{4}

 = (a^{2})^{2} - (s^{2})^{2}

 = (a^{2} + s^{2}) (a^{2} - s^{2})

/* By algebraic identity */

 \boxed{ \pink{ x^{2} - y^{2} = ( x + y )( x - y ) }}

 = (a^{2} + s^{2}) (a + s)( a - s )

Therefore.,

 \red{ Factors \: of \:  a^{4} - s^{4}}

 \green { = (a^{2} + s^{2}) (a + s)( a - s )}
