I hope that this will help you

If, Average contribution from each student = Rs 100
so, Total contribution from 133 students = Rs 100*113 = Rs 11,300

Now,
15/90 of total contribution was spent = 15/90*11,300 = Rs 1883.33

So,
after spending Rs1883.33 they has = Rs 11,300 - Rs 1883.33
                                                         = Rs 9416.67
