Q64 Explain why from childhood we are not using front brakes of bicycle (much more) as in comparison of rear ?

Is this a correct way of applying brakes ? Give reason.

Rear brakes stops the previous wheel which stops the bicycle whereas if the first wheel will be stopped the previous wheel will be lifted off the ground due to the speed. if the speed will be higher then the bicycle will turn upside down. so rear brakes are applied first even if u r using front brakes.

FRONT BRAKES ARE POWERFUL BREAKS

bicycle tires work through static friction, and static friction is proportional to the force applied, under braking conditions the front wheel will have the most traction


so when we go with bicycle and we sudden use front break then their is condition to accedent occurs

and Rear brakes help to reduce the stopping distance.

Rear brakes help to preserve the life of the front brakes by sharing the workload.
