We will use two constants :

Molar gas volume at stp is :

1 mole = 22400 cm³

Molecules in one mole of a gas at stp :

6.023 × 10²³ molecules.

Moles of Oxygen :

280 / 22400 = 0.0125 moles.

From Avogadros constant :

0.0125 × 6.023 × 10²³ =

7.529 × 10²¹ molecules
