hearing him boast, Slow and Steady, the tortoise, challenged him to a race. All the

All animals gatbered in the forest to watch their race. The hare and the torotoise srood on the starting line. When tge race started the hare ran quickly. The torotoise was left behind. And the hare won the race. Torotoise got diasappointed very much. A cheetah was his friend. He went to him and said that cheetah should help him in destroying the proud of hare. Then panther challenged him. The hare first got afraid of losing the challenge. He said to panther that he would not win and is sorry for his behaviour. From then on hare never did proud on his running.
