  • More than ogive curve is the curve drawn using more than cumulative frequencies.
  • Lower limits of classes are taken on X-axis and cumulative frequencies are taken on Y-axis.
  • Curve is drawn by plotting more than cumulative frequencies against the  lower class limits.
  • We get a falling curve in this case.

Finding median:

  • Find N/2 = 94/2 = 47.
  • Draw a horizontal line from Y-axis at 47 such that it meets the curve.
  • Drop a perpendicular from this point to X-axis.
  • The value on X-axis where this perpendicular meets is median.
  • In this case, median = 47.
