Length of rectangular Paper = 5 2/3 = 17/3 cm

And,

Breadth of rectangular Paper = 3 1/5 = 16/5 cm

Therefore,

Perimeter of rectangular Paper = 2 ( L + B )

=> 2 ( 17/3 + 16/5 ) cm

=> 2 ( 17 × 5 + 16 × 3 / 15 ) cm

=> 2 ( 85 + 48/15 ) cm

=> 2 × 133/15 cm

=> 266/15 cm
