2x+ky=1, 3x-5y=7 has (i) a unique
solution, and (ii) no solution.

=> a1/a2 \neq b1/b2

=> 2/3 \neq -k/5

=> k \neq -10/3

(ii) For no solution :

=> a1/a2 = b1/b2 \neq c1/c2

=> k = -10/3
