Solution :-

→ Total distance covered by rohan to reach lady home = (-1/2) km + (5/2) km + (-7/3) km + 6 km + (6/5) km + (4/7) km + (1/2) km

so,

→ Total distance = (5/2) - (1/2) - (7/3) + (6/1) + (6/5) + (4/7) + (1/2)

taking LCM of denominators we get,

→ Total distance = (105*5 - 105 - 7*70 + 210*6 + 42*6 + 4*30 + 105)/210

→ Total distance = (525 - 105 - 490 + 1260 + 252 + 120 + 105)/210

→ Total distance = (2262 - 595)/210

→ Total distance = (1667/210)

→ Total distance = 7(197/210) km .
