Formula for area of a parallelogram :-

\:\:\:\:\:\large\color{black}{\fbox{b × h}}

Where,

  • b = base
  • h = height.

Now,

let the height of the parallelogram be x then, applying all the values :-

9 \times x =  {45 \: cm}^{2}

 =  > 9x = 45

  =  > x =  \frac{45}{9}  = 5 \: cm
