Initial floor is 5th floor

Final floor is 28th floor

Total floors involved are

28 - 5 = 23 floors

Height of 1 floor is 4 m

Effective height of 28 floors is

4 × 28 = 112 m

Speed is 2 m/s

Time = distance / speed

= 112/2 = 56 seconds

I think it's correct
