• The judicial branch looks into the legal aspects of the court.
• The officer that comes under this head is Nuthalapati Venkata Ramana, the Chief Justice of India

Executive

• This branch is responsible for implementing the laws passed by the legislature
• The officer that comes under this head is the Prime Minister, who is at present Mr Narendra Damodar Das Modi
