Let the salaries of A, B and C be x, 2x and 3x respectively

Now, we will find the value or x

2x + 3x = 6000 (Because it is said that salary of B amd C together is Rs. 6000)

☛ 5x = 6000

∴ x = 1200

∴ Salary of A = x

= Rs. 1200

∴ Salary of B = 2x

= 2 × 1200

= Rs. 2400

∴ Salary of C = 3x

= 3 × 1200

= Rs. 3600

Now, excess income of salary of C over the salary of A :-

\dfrac{3600 - 1200}{1200} × 100

\dfrac{2400}{1200} × 100

\dfrac{2400}{12}

☛ 200

∴ Excess income of salary of C over the salary of A is 200%

Answer:

200%

Step By Step Explanation:

Let the salaries of A, B, and C be k , 2k and 3k respectively.

According To The Question:

2k + 3k = 6000
⇒ 5k = 6000
⇒ k = 6000/5
⇒ k = Rs 1200

Therefore:
Salary of A = k = Rs. 1200
Salary of B = 2k = Rs 2400
Salary of C = 3k = Rs. 3600.

Salary of C more than A in Percent:

⇒ (2400 /1200) x 100%
⇒ 2 × 100%
⇒ 200%

Hence, The required percent by which the salary of C is more than that of A is 200%.
