(a) Nail polish remover evaporates faster than water :

Reason : The solvent used in most nail polish remover is acetone, which has a lower boiling point than water. This means that it will evaporate more easily.

(b) Steam produces more burns as compared to boiling water :

Reason : Steam has more energy than water at the same temperature. It passes additional latent heat of vaporization. That's why the burns caused by steam are more severe than those caused by water.

(c) Temperature of the liquid do not change durinv evaporation :

Reason : During evaporation, all the energy absorbed by water from the surrounding will be utilized to change the state from liquid to gas, which energy is called latent heat of vaporization. So, heat does not contribute in the increase in temperature of water during evaporation.
