We have to find out the value of

Multiply the bracket by 2 we get

$= 6 - 4 + 6 + 4$

By using BODMAS rule

Add 6 and 4 we get

$= 6 - 4 + 12$

Substract 4 from 12 we get

$= 6 + 8$

Add 6 and 8 we get

$= 14$
