solubility of solid increase with increase in temperature because due to high temperature K.E of the atoms of solid increases and inter molecular force of attraction decreases making the solid melt hence solubility increases.

while solubility of Gas decreases with increase in temperature because due to high temperature K.E of Gas particles increase and tend to scatter allover the vessel and the solubility of Gas decreases
