(a) Calculate the speed of sound.
(b) What difference would be felt by a listener
between the sound above and another sound
travelling at the same speed, but of wavelength
2.6 m ?​

Answer:

a. 332.8m/s

b. 128

Explanation:

a. f = 256 wave length = 1.3

v = 256*1.3

= 332.8m/s

b. v = 332.8m/s wave length = 2.6

f = 332.8/2.6

= 128

so the first sound will be shiller than second
