Since the shape of the rectangle forms a square,therefore,

Then,l=9cm,b=4 cm

Perimeter of the square=Perimeter of the rectangle

4×length of a side=2×(l+b)

4×length of a side=2×(9+4)

4×length of a side=2×13

4×length of a side=26cm

Ans=26cm
