Qn. 6 - Solve: a) (x-1)/(2x+3)= 5/8

(x-1)/(2x+3)=5/8
8(x-1) = 5(2x+3)
8x - 8 = 10x + 15
-8 - 15 = 10x - 8x
-23 = 2x
x = -23/2
x = -11.3
