I think you are familiar with the concept of AP
now no. of digit from 1 to 1000 which are divisible by 10 are
a=10
an =1000
1000 = 10+(n-1)10
n = 100
no. divided by 15 are
990 =15 +(n-1)15
n=65
no. divided by lcm of 10 and 15 which is 30 are
990= 30+ (n-1)30
n=32
so no. of digits not divisible are 1000-100-65+32= 867
