Answer:

Given:-

AC = 10cm

AC and BD intersect at Point P

BP = ?

To find BP, we have to make half of AC and make it AP

∴ AC/2 = 10/2 = 5cm = AP

∴ Diagonal 1 = Diagonal 2

∴ AP = BP

∴ BP = 5cm

diagnol AB and diagnol BD intersect each other at point p ...(3)...given

:- AC=BD...Diagnols of rectangle are congruent

:- BD=10cm

:- BP=1/2 OF BD

:- BP=5 CM
