Given:-Quadrilateral ABCD is an isosceles trapezium AB parallel CD. if angle D =72° then find measure of angle C ?

To find the angle c we use some general rules of isosceles trapezium

the sum of opposite angles of a trapezium=180°

we know that the opposite angle of Angle D is Angle B=180°-72°=108°

therefore Angle A+Angle c=180°

therefore Angle c=180°-72°=108°
