Step 3. With C as centre and radius =7 cm, draw an arc to cut the arc in previous step at point A

Step 4. Join BA and CA

Step 5. With C as centre and radius =4 cm, draw an arc.

Step 3. With A as centre and radius =6 cm, draw an arc to cut the arc in previous step at point D

Step 4. Join AD and CD

Hence, required quadrilateral ABCD is constructed.
