Two triangles

∆OLN and ∆LMN

OL = NM (property of ||gm, opp. sides are equal)

ON = LM (property of ||gm, opp. sides are equal)

LN = LN (Common)

∆OLN =~ ∆LMN (by SSS rule of congruency)
