Given : QR=4.5CM PS=5.5CM RS=5CM DIAGONAL PR=5.5CM DIAGGONAL QS=7CM

To Find : Construct Quadrilateral PQRS

Solution:

Step 1 : Draw a line segment QR = 4.5 cm

Step 2 : Using compass width = 7 cm and taking Q as center draw an arc

Step 3 : Using compass width = 5 cm and taking R as center draw an arc such that it intersect arc drawn in previous step at S

Step 4 : join RS

Step 5 : Using compass width = 5.5 cm and taking S as center draw an arc

Step 6 : Using compass width = 5.5 cm and taking R as center draw an arc such that it intersect arc drawn in previous step at  P

Step 7 : join PQ and PS

QUADRILATERAL PQRS is constructed
