Explanation:

a) So , we can first law gives the qualitative definition of force. Because force is needed to push, pull and bring objects into motion.hence newtons first law of motion gives a qulitative definition of force. The first law says that "The state of motion of an object will not change unless acted upon by an outside force"

b)Newton's first law says that an object will remain at rest or in uniform motion unless it's acted upon by any force. So according to it definition of force can be. Force is a energy that makes an stationary object moving.

c) A Qualitative Description of Newton's Second Law of Motion. Newton's Second Law of Motion states that the acceleration of an object is directly proportional to the net (total) force acting on the object and inversely proportional to the mass of the object.

d)His third law states that for every action (force) in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction. In other words, if object A exerts a force on object B, then object B also exerts an equal and opposite force on object
