quality answers only, not common one and don't answer just for points
how do I focus on study
read all the way:
whenever I sit to study I get interrupted and I fill sleepy and very bore during studying also I find reasons not to study, generally I waste my time on phone and at the end of the day I feel guilty....
now as my sst exams are coming, suggest me how do I study properly with focus and concentration and also how do I finish sst in 3 days... don't give general answers. and help me plz give quality answers plz

jeisuggaj: friend hope my suggestion might help 1) find what r all u think u dont know in social ( becoz in my case i had to read civics and geography) after u figure it out prepare things that is more important at first ( like 3rd lesson in history) then the important thing is in the first day that is from now on + never 2morrow +u shall read only at book with a pencil in hand after each important lesson in the back of the make a check list what u have

Gain control of your study environment.
Find a place to study that is free from distractions. Study only in that place and do nothing else there but study.Make a time schedule and stick to it.Ask yourself two questions.
"Is what I'm doing now helping me achieve my goals?"
"What will happen if I don't do this?"Recognize your irrational ideas about studying and replace them with more helpful ideas.most of us have our cell phone within arm’s reach when we’re at work, and we will glance at it from time to time.but you have to control your impulse.
