∴ Quality of a population is affected by literacy rate and health specified by life expectancy.

REASONS :-

⇒ The literacy rate decides the rate of economic development of a particular country. The uneducated and unwell population is a liability to the country and economy.

⇒ On the other hand , the well educated people and a healthy and fit population is an asset for the country and this population ultimately decides the economic rate of the country.

☆ We can improve the quality of population by adopting several measures such as :

  1. Make sure that the laws made by government are strictly followed.
  2. More development and manufacturing of goods should be done for it's export all over the world. It would also helps to strengthen the relationship of a particular country with several other countries.
  3. By minimising the dependence on other countries. For example , by reducing the imports of precious goods such as gold , platinum , diamond etc.

  1. It improves life expectancy rate of an average human being because a person with good health can live longer and disease-free as compared to an unfit person with low health and immunity.
  2. The people having good health can able to work independently and efficiently and can produce more successful outcomes as compared to unhealthy population.
  3. Healthy people in the society motivates others to become healthy and happy like them, and hence improves the quality of population.
