The answer is a) x2 + 5x +4
Let 2 numbers be a and b
hence, LCM X HCF = a X b
(x2 + 6x +8)(x+1)(x+1)= (x2+3x+2) X b
After solving brackets
b = (x+2)(x+4)(x+1)(x+1)/(x+2)(x+1)
b= (x+4)(x+1)
b = (x2 +5x+4)
Therefore, the answer is x2 + 5x +4
