These calorie requirements should be fulfilled by Carbohydrates at around 45-65%, Proteins at around 15-25% and Fats at 25-35%.
Apart from calories the other vital nutrients that are required are Proteins around 78 gms, Calcium at 500 mg, Iron at around 50 mg.
