And from laws of reflection   r = i = 30°

And from figure  θ = 90° − r = 90° − 30°

θ = 60°

And we know that if we rotate mirror by  α  then reflected ray will rotate by  2α. Hence if we rotate mirror by  30° then reflected ray will rotates by  60°  to be horizontal.
