Area of velocity time graph gives displacement

So displacement covered in time interval t=0 to t=10 is area of triangle OBD=1/2(AD×BD) =1/2(10×8)=40units

Displacement in the interval t=10 to t=20 is area of triangle CBD=1/2(CD×BD)=1/2(10×8)=40 units
