Ф Multi-cellular organism have multiple cells .
Ф The unicellular organisms undergo nuclear fission and asexual reproduction.

Ф They do not have complex organ systems .
Ф They are made of complex organ systems.
Ф Their process are carried by only one cell.
Ф Different cells have different functions.
Ф If the cell dies , the organism is dead.
Ф If the cell dies in multi-cellular , other cells will carry on life processes.
Ф Bacteria is an example.
