Que- Give difference between unicellular and multicellular organisms

1. unicellular organism is only contains single cell whereas multicellular organism contain more than one cell.
2. unicellular have small size whereas multicellular organism have more than unicellular. unicellular have 0 to 5um and
multicellular have 5to 10um.
3. in unicellular single chromosoms and multicellular have more than one chromosoms.

Ф Multi-cellular organism have multiple cells .


Ф The unicellular organisms undergo nuclear fission and asexual reproduction.

Ф Multi-cellular organisms undergo sexual reproduction.


Ф They do not have complex organ systems .

Ф They are made of complex organ systems.


Ф Their process are carried by only one cell.

Ф Different cells have different functions.


Ф If the cell dies , the organism is dead.

Ф If the cell dies in multi-cellular , other cells will carry on life processes.


Ф Bacteria is an example.

Ф Birds are the example.
