The method of sublimation to separate Ammonium Chloride from Sodium Chloride:  

Ammonium chloride sublimes during heating. Sublimation is decomposition of ammonium chloride forming hydrogen chloride and ammonia. The reaction is:

NH_4Cl _((s)) -> NH_3_(g) + HCl_((g))

Sodium chloride doesn't sublime and has a higher melting point than another compound ammonium chloride. We have to heat it to 330-350 degrees Celsius and collect the gas that will be produced, to separate the mixture.
