FROM

ANJALI KHANTWAAL

HOUSE NO 101 SECTOR 22 MEERUT

15 OCTOBER 20

To

The Chairman

Municipal Corporation Office

Satna (MP)

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the mismanagement prevalent in my area. I regret to inform you that the sanitary condition of our locality is becoming bad to worse day by day. The concerning workers are paying no heed to it. They come here once in 15 days. The garbage and other bad material are lying on the roads in rest of the days. The drainages of this locality have broken and we can see water spread on the road everywhere and every time. This creates a bad scene and invites a lot of diseases and causes ill health of people of this locality. Gutters are not cleaned, drainage is checked and heaps of refuse can be seen here and there. We can see many stray pigs and dogs here wandering for no purpose. They have made it their own dominion forever. The water supply is also not good. The street lights are often off giving a free chance to thieves. People suffer a lot because of these inconveniences.

Therefore I request you to please look into the matter and take all necessary steps for solving this problem.

Hoping an early action.

Yours Faithfully

ANJALI KHANTWAAL

OR U CAN WRITE THIS LETTER IN ANOTHER WAY

Sir,

Through this letter, I wish to draw your kind attention towards the sanitary conditions of our locality.

This locality has been dismissed for long. There are several vessels which persist full of water during the rainfall. It becomes challenging to converge the road during night times. As the water persists in these pots, this locality is at higher risk of waterborne disease. It is apprehended that it can also give rise to waterborne disease which can further break out into epidemic.

The channels are not brushed every day. The debris is dumped in the center of the street. Houseflies keep humming throughout the day. Dung-heaps are not displaced for days. Moreover, no actions have been taken by the sanitary officer in spite of several complaints.

Hence, it is requested that the sanitary workers should be directed to take the essential steps in this matter. Also, it would be appreciated if you take a tour of this area.

Thanking You

Yours Sincerely

ANJALI KHANTWAAL
