ans - mother earth is referred to the queen of the harvest because she is the mother nature and she is only the one who let's us sow the seeds in her womb (land of nature) .she is referred as the queen of the harvest because is she would not be  there than there would be no harvest

ans -  The menfolk of the village offer the goddess with cymbal and drum.
