India is home to all major religions of the world There has always been respect and tolerance towards different religions, which leads to national integration.
Similarly, caste diversity is present which cannot be seen anywhere else in world.
Language is another source of cultural diversity as well as unity. It contributes to collective identities. All major languages have regional and dialectical variations. Fundamental unity is found in the ideas and themes expressed in these languages. But in spite of these diversities unity is present.
