Answer:

The bouncing back of light in the same medium of the striking to the surface is called ‘reflection of light’.

There are total three laws of reflection.

First law of reflection:

The first law of reflection states that the angle between the incident ray and the normal is equal to the angle between the reflected ray and the normal.

Second law of reflection:

The incident ray, the normal and the reflected ray are all in the same plane.

Third law of reflection:

The incident ray and refracted ray are on different sides of the normal.
